California’s Country festival, the Stagecoach Festival, in Indio, California, has just wrapped three days of epic performances. Stagecoach is also affectionately referred to as the “Country Coachella.”
Country rockers Los Lobos, actor/singer-songwriter Kiefer Sutherland, newcomer Luke Combs, the legendary Wynonna and her band The Big Noise were on the festival calendar.
Lanco and Levi Hummon joined Drew Holcomb and his Neighbors on the playlist. Courtney Cole, as well as 80’s alt-country band, The Cowboy Junkies also made their appearances at Stagecoach.
In addition to country music, the festival offered a number of extra attractions. An air conditioned honkytonk dance hall offered free dance lessons. An off-road test drive track allowed concert goers to drive tricked out Toyota trucks, until they kicked the dust up.
For the ladies, there was even a make-up touch up tent. For the kids, there are giant lawn games. There really is something for everyone.
A giant ferris wheel, which has become a popular marriage proposal site, is busiest at sunset.
Meanwhile, outside of the event, some of our CountryCommon friends were taking the stage for an exclusive VIP party, Boots On Stage presents: The 2nd Annual Shindig, In the Desert.
In the beautiful California weather and good vibes, partygoers enjoyed intimate performances from up and coming country music artists and bands like Golden West, Caleche Ryder, Alexandria Corn and Curt Chambers, and joined by special guests Tyler Rich, Shauna Madinah, Chase Miller, and Stephen Wesley.
