What has to be one of the most wedding-est of wedding songs in the history of ever, is “I Do,” by Mark Wills. The beautiful ballad was released in 1998 as the first single off of the country singer’s second album, Wish You Were Here.

It would go on to be his third consecutive single to hit the top 10 on the country charts, taking the Number Two position.

The song, which was also covered by 98 degrees, was written by Keith Stegall and Dan Hill. The pop band took the love song to the Number 13 spot on Pop charts and Number 4 on Adult Contemporary charts.

The Mark Wills music video for the sweet song was directed by Peter Zavadil. It is a black and white clip that features the singer in a train station waiting for his love. When she comes through the doors he has a nice sparkly surprise for her.

“I Do (Cherish You)”

Verse 1:
All I am, all I’ll be
Everything in this world, all that I’ll ever need
Is in your eyes, shining at me
When you smile I can feel all my passion unfolding
Your hand brushes mine
And a thousand sensations seduce me ’cause I

Chorus:
I do, cherish you
For the rest of my life
You don’t have to think twice
I will, love you still, from the depths of my soul
It’s beyond my control
I’ve waited so long to say this to you
If you’re asking do I love you this much, I do

Verse 2:
In my world before you
I lived outside my emotions
Didn’t know where I was going
Until that day I found you
How you opened my life to a new paradise
In a world torn by change
Still with all of my heart, until my dying day
