We are pretty sure Kane Brown deserves an award for the birthday gift he pulled off for his fiancee, Katelyn. According to K92.3 in Orlando, Brown rented out an entire skating rink for his wife-to-be’s birthday last week, keeping the celebration limited to just a few close friends. The social media savvy radio station shared that those in attendance posted moments from the evening to their Instagram stories, but those stories have since disappeared with the fleeting twenty-four hour window.
What we do have left is proof of this fabulous party in the form of a simple, yet cavity-inducing sweet photo (for more than one reason), shared by the future Mrs. Brown.
Brown proposed to Katelyn last year, reporting the news to a live audience after some fans connected the dots and learned the country singer/rapper had popped the question.
“Some people found out on Instagram today, but I just got engaged to a girl from Philadelphia.”
The girl from Philadelphia is now the Instagram verified “Katelyn Jae” who was first mentioned in an Instagram post (which was since deleted with the removal of Brown’s entire account). When Brown realized it was time to introduce his love to the public, he broke it to fans gently in an attempt to avoid potential heartache for those who were hopeful that they had a chance with the star.
Since becoming engaged, Brown’s career has continued to grow. He has earned two No. 1 singles, “What Ifs” and “Heaven,” and broke a record when he topped five separate charts at one time with his Lauren Alaina collaboration, “What Ifs.”
We don’t know about you, but the party Brown threw for his future wife certainly looked like “heaven” in our books!
