Country singer Kacey Musgraves married her beau, country artist Ruston Kelly, in an outdoor ceremony this weekend.

The songwriter posted a poetic recount of her wedding day, “Saturday, in a sacred place where two rivers meet and join together, I married my best friend..barefoot and surrounded by the deepest kind of magic and love that exists. I’ve never felt so tranquil and happy. We made our promises to each other under the trees and then drank and danced into the night. We couldn’t have done any of it without the help of our wonderful families and amazing friends.”

The day after the wedding, the new Mrs. Kelly wrote, “The sweet morning after the most unbelievably magical night. Wish I could live in yesterday forever.”

Musgraves self-released three album before appearing on the fifth season of the USA Network’s singing competition Nashville Star in 2007, where she placed seventh.

She signed to Mercury Nashville in 2012 and has released two critically acclaimed albums on the label, Same Trailer Different Park (2013) and Pageant Material (2015).

Kacey received Grammys for Best Country Song for “Merry Go ‘Round” and Best Country Album for Same Trailer, Different Park

Her first Christmas-themed album, A Very Kacey Christmas, was released on October 28, 2016 and was available on vinyl.

Pretty sure the songstress who counts Willie Nelson as a hero and friend, won’t mind being late to the party with her new husband.

“Late to the Party”

They’re blowing up our phones, asking where we are
Just say we’re almost there; we ain’t even in the car
You’re rolling one for two and I’m still picking out my shoes
I’m never late to the party if I’m late to the party with you

By the time we get there, everybody will be drunk
The chairs will be on tables and the band will be unplugged
We’re gonna look real good, but we’re gonna look real rude
I’m sorry I’m not sorry that I’m

Late to the party with you
Oh, who needs confetti?
We’re already falling into the groove
And who needs a crowd when you’re happy at a party for two?
The world can wait
‘Cause I’m never late to the party if I’m late to the party with you
